AI-Enabled Business Transformation
Turn a priority operating bottleneck into a measurable improvement. We assess the process, identify where value is being lost, design a future-state workflow, and define the practical role of automation and AI. Implementation begins with an agreed scope and an approved pilot.
Is this the right engagement?
Typically sponsored by a COO, operations leader or CIO.
- Established service, professional services, B2B or multi-location organizations with real volume and operating complexity.
- A leadership sponsor, a defined problem, access to baseline data and people available to implement.
Common triggering symptoms
- Manual handoffs and re-keying between systems
- Growing backlogs or slow cycle times
- Rework and inconsistent quality
- Work that depends on a few key people or the owner
- AI interest without a clear business case
Deliverables you receive
- Current-state baseline (cycle time, manual hours, rework, backlog)
- Opportunity register ranked by value, feasibility and risk
- Future-state workflow map
- Business case for the recommended pilot
- Approved, bounded pilot plan with human checkpoints
- Updated SOPs and role guidance
- Adoption review with scale / revise / stop recommendation
Stakeholder & data access we need
- Executive sponsor and process owner
- Front-line staff who perform the workflow
- Read access to relevant systems, reports and sample records
- IT or systems contact for feasibility and security questions
Your responsibilities
- Name a sponsor with decision authority
- Provide timely data and system access
- Make staff available for interviews and testing
- Approve scope, tools and pilot go-live
Acceptance criteria
- Each deliverable is reviewed against the agreed scope
- Pilot success criteria are written and approved before build
- Adoption review is accepted by the sponsor
Phases
Map the current workflow, gather baseline data and identify where value is lost.
Rank opportunities, design the future-state workflow and define the business case.
Run the approved pilot within the agreed scope, tools and approvals.
Compare baseline to post-pilot measures and recommend the next step.
Typically 8–12 weeks, conditional on the scoped work, data access and decision speed.
Baseline to post-pilot
We record a baseline before changes are made and compare it with post-implementation results against targets agreed with you. We do not guarantee financial results.
Boundaries
- Software licenses, usage fees, specialist integrations, ongoing system management and multi-unit or multi-location rollouts are separate from consulting and scoped individually.
- A single pilot improves one defined area. It is not a company-wide transformation, and scaling is a separate decision made after the adoption review.
- We do not guarantee financial results. We agree measures and targets with you and report against them honestly.
How engagements start
A strategy conversation first. Where appropriate, we then propose a paid, scoped blueprint before any implementation. Engagements are scoped following an initial conversation.
Technology
Our recommendations begin with your business requirements. Implementation may use your existing systems, OLINX where appropriate, or a custom solution designed around your business goals, with technology selection guided by fit, integration needs, and your approval requirements.

Let’s identify the problem worth solving.
Start with a focused conversation about where execution is breaking down and what improvement matters most.
