Revenue Operations & Performance
Strengthen the path from inquiry to revenue. We help organizations identify gaps in lead handling, sales handoffs, follow-up, and pipeline visibility, then redesign the processes and systems that support consistent commercial execution.
Is this the right engagement?
Typically sponsored by a CRO, VP of Sales, CEO or commercial leader.
- Organizations with real demand—home services and franchise operators, professional services and B2B firms—whose lead-to-sale execution is inconsistent.
- A commercial sponsor, access to CRM and call/inquiry data, and team members who can adopt new processes.
Common triggering symptoms
- Missed or slow-response inquiries
- Inconsistent follow-up
- Leads lost between marketing, intake and sales
- Pipeline data leaders do not trust
- No clear view of stage conversion

Phases
Trace inquiries from first contact to outcome and establish a baseline.
Define lifecycle stages, ownership, routing, qualification and follow-up.
Put one agreed area into practice in your approved systems.
Review the scorecard against baseline and agree the next priority.
Typically 8–12 weeks, conditional on the scoped work, data access and decision speed.
Baseline to post-pilot
We record a baseline before changes are made and compare it with post-implementation results against targets agreed with you. We do not guarantee financial results.
Boundaries
- Software licenses, usage fees, specialist integrations, ongoing system management and multi-unit or multi-location rollouts are separate from consulting and scoped individually.
- A single pilot improves one defined area. It is not a company-wide transformation, and scaling is a separate decision made after the adoption review.
- We do not guarantee financial results. We agree measures and targets with you and report against them honestly.
How engagements start
A strategy conversation first. Where appropriate, we then propose a paid, scoped blueprint before any implementation. Engagements are scoped following an initial conversation.
Technology
Our recommendations begin with your business requirements. Implementation may use your existing systems, OLINX where appropriate, or a custom solution designed around your business goals, with technology selection guided by fit, integration needs, and your approval requirements.

Let’s identify the problem worth solving.
Start with a focused conversation about where execution is breaking down and what improvement matters most.
